PlanRVA was awarded a $1 million Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) by the Environmental Protection Agency to create a plan for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and other air pollutants.

Over the next two years, PlanRVA will use grant funds to develop a greenhouse gas reduction plan across the Richmond Metro Statistical Area, which represents 18 jurisdictions and five local tribes.
